Well, the war on meth is going well . . .

Unfortunately, the decrease in meth use among Arizona's teens has been accompanied by an increase in the use of heroin. So, instead of using a drug which may or may not damage your teeth and make your face break out, our children are using a drug which may or may not kill them. Way to go, you morons.
